Modern Art Floor

Very excited that we got to do this floor recently. A 90mm dark border in Basalt 221 and with an infill of French Grey Mid for the rest of the floor. All heavily sealed.

The clients have collected some beautiful artworks and so the direction of the intervention to the room was to be an increase in the relaxed and soft feel of the environment where one can be at one in the surroundings and enjoy the artwork.

The photographs are prior to the change over in lighting, which we have recently replaced for curving tilting LEDs on a dimmer, with 3 adjusting directional lights over each area of the Fireplace walls, picking out the artworks as necessary.

Acapulco

The Original Acapulco chair made by the French firm Boqa, for perfect colourful outdoor living. In braided plastic (totally recyclable) and powder coated metal that fits neatly and is so weather resistant to boot. They will look great no matter what the weather throws at them.

The production comes in all sorts of colours and with tables or varying sizes. We were v pleased with these in context.

Contemporary Slatted Trellis

It was last summer, but we thought we'd share this as the finishing result was very satisfying.

We commissioned the good people at The London Garden Trellis Company to assist us with producing a contemporary fence cladding in Iroko to conceal slightly dilapidated close board fencing which had over time (although solid) twisted towards the neighbours side. We used the existing structure to brace our cladding element to great effect. The result was great and completely changed the aesthetic in this corner of the garden
