Listed Building Extension: Project Completed!

We couldn’t be happier with the final results of this project for a highly glazed extension to a Listed Building in West Oxfordshire. Fully managed from project conception through to construction completion, this light, airy and inviting space has transformed the family living space for this 16th Century home, whilst delicately allowing the original building and historic fabric to shine through. Please see more images of the completed design here.

Listed Building Consent

We are delighted to have been granted full planning consent for this highly glazed extension to a Grade II Listed Building in a Conservation Area. This lovely family home dates back to the 16th Century, and our design removes some bulky mid-centrury rear extensions, adding this lightweight, transparent family room which which lets the original facade speak for itself! Alongside KD Design we worked really hard to present a thoughtful scheme to the planning officers, and we did our research carefully, and we are so pleased that this has been rewarded with consent without additional constraints. Can’t wait to get started on construction.

Glass extension in Jericho

Very pleased with this project at completion. This lovely glazed garden room is an extension to a canal-side Victorian house in Oxford’s historic Jericho. The design is carefully detailed to suit the North Oxford Conservation Area. Please see the whole story here.
